Description:

The path we describe starts from Alpe Oneda, a small hamlet above the municipality of Valbrona.

To reach it you have to get as far as Valbrona,from Canzo or Onno is indifferent,once reached we will find the small church of S. Rocco,where we will have to turn and continue along the road in via Ziniga,for those coming from Canzo the road starts just after the distributor of the IP and the sports fields of Valbrona.

We will always follow this paved road passing an ecological area,a first gate always open until we reach Alpe Oneda where barriers or a bar will prevent us from continuing, at this point we will park our cars in the posts that we will be able to find.

The path that starts from this point always climbs along the paved road that with fairly high slopes and a series of hairpin bends makes us gain in a short time many meters in height.

At about 3/4 of the path the asphalt ends and begins a narrow and very steep cemented road atrversando a forest of beech and chestnut trees,the slopes are very high however the cemented road helps us in some way to climb better.

Along the way we will find some farmhouses where we will not have to follow the various signs and continue without interruption on this road.

When on our right we will find a sign with signs for Gajum and the Terza alpe, it will mean that by now the most has been done,in fact the path significantly paves and the refuge will miss only a hundred meters.
